Anitech Agile Centre of Excellence (ACE)

ACE was established to help our clients with the introduction of Lean & Agile principles in the end-to-end delivery process to improve feature time to market, support their individual teams and projects, and ultimately guide them in the adoption of these principles. Core to our approach is raising awareness and education within our client organisations, and in particular, ensuring people understand that “agile” is more of a focus on pragmatism, continuous improvement, and people being more effective, than it is enforcing processes where not necessarily appropriate.

To effect these goals, ACE has established a number of services that are available to our clients, inter-alia:

Definition of organisation-wide guidelines on agile and lean delivery models. These are constantly updated with best practice arising from industry and internal projects.
Project Consulting and Mentoring, which include project-specific agile coaching and oversight to ensure projects adopt and use the appropriate aspects of Agile/Lean.
