For AI-led work, four sequential approvals come before build: G1 Requirement, G2 Requirement approval, G3 Design approval and G4 Story approval. Each has a named reviewer and approver on your side.
You sign off UAT
Only your team marks UAT as done. A person merges every change, and an agent never merges its own work.

If you run sprints, we run sprints. For AI-led engagements we run flow, with a Planning board and a Live board sharing one status.

In a two-week pilot in August 2026 with a North American education-technology client, a two-person pod took 49 user stories to opened merge requests in about 48 elapsed hours, including the human approval gates, after seven working days of setup. Self-reported from the pilot's run logs; merge requests opened, not yet merged; quality outcomes not yet measured.
