Artificial Neural Intelligence (ANI)
Connected enterprise AI, working as one nervous system.
From neural networks to neural intelligence. Artificial Neural Intelligence (ANI) is the idea that no part of your business should run as an isolated project: connected, your systems, data and teams behave like one nervous system, with your outcome at the centre.
What ANI means
Four things, working as one.
Any one of these is a project. Together they are a nervous system, and every layer points inward, at what your business needs to do next.
Your tools
The SaaS tools you already run, kept and connected rather than replaced.
Your data, unified
What those tools hold, mapped in place so one piece of work can be followed from end to end.
AI on top
Agents that read across the whole of it and propose changes. People approve before anything changes.
Our people, inside
Our teams work inside your organisation, changing how the work gets done.
Where it leads
ANI is the idea. These are how we make it real.
ETA, ANI in product form
A measurement-first operating layer. It records how work moves across your tools, shows what it costs, then automates the waste you agree, with people in control.
Agentic Harness Orchestration, how we build
Three Harnesses for requirements, engineering and quality, run by two-person pods under human approval gates. The Requirements Harness is live with one client today.
The white paper
How ANI changes the shape of enterprise IT
Andrew Nolan and Jack Dinneen set out the idea in full: why agents arrived and the silos stayed, what changes when your tools, data, AI and people work as one system, and where the approach stops. A note on the name: here, neural describes parts of an organisation working as one connected system. It has nothing to do with the older reading of ANI as artificial narrow intelligence.
